Terms & Conditions

- Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.

- You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing euphorixdancecompany@gmail.com and updating via your Class for Kids registration.

- Class fees are non refundable. We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances.

- If a class is cancelled due to the sickness of the teacher, a health epidemic or any other unforeseen event, we will plan to reschedule the class. This may be on a different day and time from when the class was originally scheduled, and might involve an extension to the term time dates. No refunds will be given in this case.

- Euphorix Dance Company reserve the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.

- You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing us on euphorixdancecompany@gmail.com or updating your child's ClassForKids registration.

-You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.

- Euphorix Dance Company or any of our staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class.

-Euphorix Dance Company reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Euphorix Dance Company – Event, Show & Workshop Booking Terms

By purchasing a place at any Euphorix Dance Company event, workshop, show, party, trip or other activity, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

All bookings are confirmed once payment has been received. In preparing for each event, Euphorix commits to costs in advance, including personalised items, venue hire, chaperones, staffing, activity providers, costumes, tickets and other event requirements. These arrangements are made based on confirmed participant numbers.

For this reason, all event bookings and associated purchases are non-refundable once booked, including where a participant is unable to attend due to illness, injury, changes in personal circumstances or any other reason outside Euphorix’s control.

Where possible, and entirely at Euphorix’s discretion, we may be able to transfer a booking to another suitable participant or offer a credit towards a future event. This cannot be guaranteed and will depend on the nature of the event, the timing of the request and any costs already committed.

If Euphorix Dance Company must cancel an event, workshop or activity, we will offer a suitable alternative, credit or refund where appropriate. We are not responsible for costs outside the booking fee, such as travel, accommodation or independently purchased items.
