Terms & Conditions

- Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.

- You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing euphorixdancecompany@gmail.com and updating via your Class for Kids registration.

- Class fees are non refundable. We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances.

- If a class is cancelled due to the sickness of the teacher, a health epidemic or any other unforeseen event, we will plan to reschedule the class. This may be on a different day and time from when the class was originally scheduled, and might involve an extension to the term time dates. No refunds will be given in this case.

- Euphorix Dance Company reserve the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.

- You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing us on euphorixdancecompany@gmail.com or updating your child's ClassForKids registration.

-You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.

- Euphorix Dance Company or any of our staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class.

-Euphorix Dance Company reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.
